Center for AI Policy Statement on David Sacks as the White House "AI and Crypto Czar"

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, President-elect Donald Trump named David Sacks the White House "AI and crypto czar" and leader of the Presidential Council of Advisors for Science and Technology. Jason Green-Lowe, Executive Director of the Center for AI Policy (CAIP), a nonpartisan advocacy group urging Congress to require safe AI, released the following statement:

"David Sacks is an experienced and thoughtful tech entrepreneur who is well-versed in both the challenges and the opportunities of AI.
